This restaurant is co-owned by the owner of Umai Épicerie and features a French chef who’s truly in love with Japan — obsessed, in the best way!

They use Henko’s green onion & ginger oil, along with several other sesame oils, across a wide range of dishes.

They even make their own koji — true ambassadors of authentic Japanese cuisine.

With this level of quality, the prices are incredibly reasonable, and their natural wine selection is top-notch — just what you'd expect from real pros.

Exceptional quality all around — one of my top recommendations!
