Owner-chef Mr. Ohashi moved to Germany at a young age and opened his own restaurant.
Located in a neighborhood known for its strong Japanese community, the restaurant is always filled with Japanese office workers.

At Hyuga, not only are HENKO’s sesame oil, chili oil, sesame paste, ground sesame, and roasted sesame seeds used in their dishes, but the products are now also available for purchase in the restaurant.
