Düsseldorf Japanese restaurant Hyuga

Owner-chef Mr. Ohashi moved to Germany at a young age and opened his own restaurant.

Located in a neighborhood known for its strong Japanese community, the restaurant is always filled with Japanese office workers.

Its signature dish is saba-zushi (mackerel sushi). Both the fish and meat are carefully selected, and the restaurant offers authentic flavors at a reasonable price.

At Hyuga, not only are HENKO’s sesame oil, chili oil, sesame paste, ground sesame, and roasted sesame seeds used in their dishes, but the products are now also available for purchase in the restaurant.
