Paris Hot sauce event

For the second year in a row, we had the pleasure of participating in this event. Many customers who bought our products last year returned, eager to discover our new items. They told us they're looking forward to the opening of a permanent shop!

We focused on selling Henko's hot sauce, along with vinegar, Koji drinks, and fermented seasonings. We offered tastings of Kasugai's wood ear mushrooms paired with the hot sauce — and it was a huge hit! Our Jabara ponzu was also especially popular among Parisiennes.

Since this event attracts a younger crowd, there's a strong curiosity for new and unique products — we need to keep evolving!
